Rules Page

The Rules are very simple and very short but please follow them. Any non-compliance to the rules may result in a player’s removal from the game.

Absolutely no OCC drama. There is a no-tolerance policy for player confrontation. Language should be kept clean and polite. If you have an issue with another player, contact a Moderator or simply try to work it out outside of the game’s operation.

No puppeting or god-moding. Do not write for, move or trump another character unless you have pre-established plot with the other player and have their permission to do so. Mary Sues are to be avoided at all costs. Make sure your character is well rounded and has a distinctive set of strengths and weaknesses.

Please stay active and consistent. There is a one-month posting requirement for each character in place.

Make sure you know where to post. lennox_house_rp is for in character posts only. lennoxhouseocc is reserved for out of character communication. lennoxhousesls is a story-lining community used for proposing plots with other players. Your character journal is for in-character first, person posts ONLY and may be used for private contact between other characters. There is no networking journal. - At the top of every initial thread you should have the following set up:

Who: Your character[s] and other characters planned to be involved.
What: The main idea and occurrences of the thread.
When: The day and time, or an idea of the year/month by mentioning an established event that was before of after.
Where: Where is this scene taking place? Planet? State? Building? City? A Ship? A Dumpster? Try to be specific.
Rating: The appropriate rating, you can always change this in the edit view if it goes up; all NC-17 posts MUST be placed under an lj-cut. Also if you’re not sure, TBA or TBD is acceptable if you go and edit it once a rating has presented its self.
Status: Simple, is it Incomplete, and still open for replies or is it Complete, and finished? Generally unless it’s something that is closed to start with or a log, this should read Incomplete until it’s finished, and then you go back and edit it when the thread is closed. Also make a notation here if the thread is OPEN or CLOSED to certain characters.

The Character Cap is set at 15, no exceptions.

Multiple PBs are also not permitted unless it is established canon. There is a limit to three of the same PB.

Slash, incest and under-aged threads are allowed. BUT keep both realistic. ANY post containing sexual content should be friends-locked and behind an lj-cut with a warning. Any form of relationship is welcomed to be played out, but as stated above anything of an NC-17 or R nature MUST be friends-locked AND placed under an lj-cut with the appropriate warning.
